At Mattel Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and collectibles. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the clothing is in unworn, original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the items pass our quality inspection.
